The QT Academy (in partnership with the University of Newcastle) empowers teachers across Australia through high impact, research-backed professional development. QTA passionately advocates for teachers and teaching and support a community of members connected by a shared vision of quality teaching for every student every day. We had the privilege of building them a new, custom education website design.

Intuitive workshop filter and online bookings
With a range of workshops offered across Australia in both face-to-face and virtual formats, it was imperative that this education website design had a robust and intuitive system for finding a workshop quickly and easily. Through both direct search and filtering options, we created a streamlined booking process designed for maximum conversion.
Built for purpose
Two campuses, one unique experience
The new education website design needed to reflect the exhilarating adventure experiences available, as well as the professionalism of the Tia Tokerau hospitality and tourism management campus. Thanks to a simple toggle on the home page, users can explore the diverse course offerings, lifestyle and content for each campus.

Simple navigation and ease of accessing key information was at the forefront of user experience requirements.
This education website design was structured to provide access to key areas of research and workshop information for various audience types. From the home page, visitors can click through to key areas of the site or use the main navigation. Booking a workshop, being a core action on the site, is a predominant call to action in the header - making this page easily accessible from anywhere on the site. The exclusive members area is visual and provides a high level of engagement and member interaction.
