An accessible transport website for the North Shore community
Community Connect Transport provides safe, reliable and courteous transport services to people with disabilities and elderly residents in the Lower North Shore region of Sydney. Clients can now attend medical appointments, shopping trips and social outings without the hassle.
To make their online journey just as easy, this organisation needed to improve the booking experience. Redback came on board to design and develop a bright new custom transport website with a variety of functionalities that enhance accessibility for all.

Structured for simplicity
As the organisation’s clients tend to be elderly or living with a disability, accessibility was at the forefront of this transport website’s design and development. As well as being designed to be extremely simple to use, the website is available in several languages and also features a UserWay menu designed for users with difficulties such as dyslexia and visual impairment.


A bespoke booking system
Our goal was to guide all users through a seamless online registration and appointment process.
To achieve this, we ensured the new design featured intuitive navigation, obvious call to actions and a handy search tool that allows users to find particular pages easily.
From there, a built-for-purpose enquiry form accompanies each distinct service offering. In a few clicks, users can confirm their contact details, request transport services, note trip requirements, set a destination, choose a date and more.
Plus, the quick New Client Registration form makes it simple for any user to sign up.
